Damaged Gifts Returns

We at Simontea Gift Baskets trying hard to make all gift baskets from best possible items, and deliver them in good order.

 If from any reason , gift basket was delivered damaged and recipient notify us with in 48 hours, we will be happy to replace  basket with new one with no additional cost.

If we was  not able to deliver:

If gift is undeliverable because:

Incorrect address was provided, or address missing information (apartment number , or recipient has moved... )

refused at the time of delivery

or gift not safe to be left if nobody is home.

The gift will be returned to our head office and the sender will be notified at (by phone or E mail)  provided at the time the order was placed.

- We can attempted delivery a second time, and second delivery  will be charged (usually $15)

- If the sender does not wish to reattempt delivery,  cost of the gift basket less the 15% ( ( handling and procesing  fee ) will be refunded ONLY  to the purchaser. 

If we are from any reason unable to make arrangements for redelivery within 30 days of the return, the gift basket will be considered abandoned.
