You will be sent an e-mail (“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER”) confirming receipt of your order from PayPal The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER is not acceptance of your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted by us via e-mail confirming the details of your order (“ORDER CONFIRMATION”). At this time your offer to buy will have been accepted and a legally binding contract will be formed and your order will be despatched to you.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We try hard to always send the gift basket as shown on our web site. Sometimes items and containers may be no longer available. We reserve the right to substitute products and containers with items of equal or greater value.
RETURN POLICY
No returns on undamaged food baskets and goods. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundale
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED GIFT BASKETS
Please report any damaged shipment to us within 2 business days of a basket arriving. If a basket arrives damaged, we will be more then happy to arrange an exchange replacement. Please call us at 1-416 421 7437 . Please be sure to keep all damaged packing. Once the iteam has been received by us, we will issue a replacement.
We are not responsible for damages that are not reported to us within 2 business days.
COMPLAINTS
We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to complain about any matter please e mail sales@simontea.com. We will reply as soon as possible .You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 (three) working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.
